The ProMinent 0309 is a compact pump making it ideal for use along side general bracket mounted installations and chemical storage tanks and especially for use with machines such as grinding systems, car-washing systems, rinsing machines, etc. Regulation of the require dose is infinitely variable via the stroke length in the range of 10-100 % or can be set at 1 of the 4 settings via the stroke frequency. This gives an adjustment ratio of 1:40. In addition to manually setting the stroke frequency, the pump can also be set up for use via zero volts contacts, where there is a flow meter or a metering and control system. An “external control” retrofit kit is available for this purpose; the retro fitting can be carried out on-site at the customer’s premises. Unlimited flexibility means a saving on storage costs. The “float” retrofit kit can be supplied for float switch connections. The material combination of PPE2, NPB2 and PVT2 with bleeding valve is available for dosing heads, providing a solution for almost every type of dosing function in the area of water treatment.
